How Partner Rewards Works

Creators may receive a personal discount code to share with their audience.

Your first qualifying sale triggers Partner Rewards.

Customers must use the creator's unique discount code at checkout to receive the applicable creator-specific savings and to ensure the purchase is properly attributed to that creator.

Once the creator code generates a qualifying sale, the creator becomes eligible to earn commissions on future qualifying sales made using that code.

There is no requirement to generate sales in order to receive or use a personal creator code.

2. Partner Reward Rates

Partner Rewards uses a 90-day rolling tier system. A creator's commission rate is determined by the number of qualifying sales generated through their creator code during the previous 90 days.

Tier Progression

1st qualifying sale: Partner Rewards is activated and the creator earns 20%.
5 qualifying sales within 90 days: The creator unlocks 25%.
10 qualifying sales within 90 days: The creator unlocks 30%.
Once a higher tier is unlocked, the new rate applies to future qualifying sales.
Previous sales are not retroactively recalculated.
A creator's commission rate may increase or decrease as qualifying sales enter or leave the rolling 90-day period.

Rolling 90-Day Period

The rolling 90-day period continuously moves forward. On any given day, qualifying sales from the previous 90 calendar days are used to determine the creator's current tier.

For example, if a creator reaches 10 qualifying sales and unlocks the 30% Elite Partner rate, they will remain at that tier while they maintain at least 10 qualifying sales within the applicable rolling 90-day period.

If older qualifying sales fall outside the 90-day period and the creator no longer meets the 10-sale threshold, their rate will adjust to the applicable tier.

3. Commission Calculation

The applicable commission is calculated on the eligible purchase amount of each qualifying sale generated through the creator's code.

The creator's commission rate is determined by their active Partner Rewards tier at the time the sale is made.

Eligible purchase amounts exclude:

Taxes
Shipping and delivery charges
Discounts
Refunded or cancelled amounts
Chargebacks
Any other amounts specifically excluded by the company

4. Qualifying Sales & Creator Code

A qualifying sale must:

Be completed using the creator's unique discount code;
Be successfully paid;
Remain valid through the applicable 30-day refund period;
Not be cancelled, refunded, disputed, charged back, or otherwise reversed; and
Comply with these Terms & Conditions.

The creator code is required for both the customer discount and commission attribution.

If a customer does not use the creator's code at checkout, the purchase will not qualify for Partner Rewards unless otherwise approved by the company.

5. 30-Day Refund & Commission Approval Period

Each qualifying sale is subject to a 30-day refund period beginning on the date of purchase.

Commission associated with a qualifying sale is not payable until the 30-day refund period has expired.

Once the 30-day period has passed, provided the purchase has not been refunded, cancelled, disputed, charged back, or otherwise reversed, the commission becomes an approved commission eligible for the next applicable monthly payout.

Example

A customer purchases on March 10 using the creator's code.

March 10: Sale is recorded.
March 10–April 9: 30-day refund period.
April 9: Refund period expires, assuming no qualifying refund or reversal.
Next monthly payout: The approved commission is included in the next scheduled monthly payment.

The 30-day refund period applies to commission approval. It does not change the creator's 90-day rolling sales calculation.

30 days = refund/commission approval period.
90 days = Partner Rewards tier calculation.
Monthly = commission payout.

6. Refunds, Cancellations & Chargebacks

A commission is not payable on any purchase that is refunded, cancelled, disputed, charged back, or otherwise reversed.

If a commission was previously paid and the underlying purchase is subsequently refunded, cancelled, charged back, or otherwise reversed, the company may deduct the corresponding amount from a future payout.

7. Monthly Payouts

Approved commissions are paid monthly through stripe invoice, Zelle or ACH direct deposit. Approved payment providers only.

Commissions are paid only after the applicable 30-day refund period has expired and the sale has been approved as a qualifying sale.

The minimum payout threshold of $250

If the creator's approved commission balance does not meet the minimum payout threshold at the time of the monthly payout, the balance will carry forward to the next monthly payout period.

8. No Quotas or Guaranteed Compensation

There are no minimum sales requirements or mandatory posting quotas unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Receiving a personal creator code does not guarantee compensation.

Compensation begins only when qualifying sales are generated through the creator's code.

9. Promotional Guidelines

Partners may share their personal creator code through their own channels, provided that their content is truthful, not misleading, and complies with applicable advertising and disclosure requirements.

Partners may not:

Make false or misleading claims about the company or its products;
Represent themselves as an employee unless they are actually an employee;
Use unauthorized paid advertising or promotional methods;
Generate fraudulent or artificial transactions;
Manipulate sales or tracking data;
Use spam or deceptive marketing practices; or
Use their creator code in a manner intended to circumvent these Terms & Conditions.

10. Program Changes

The company reserves the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Partner Rewards program or these Terms & Conditions.

Material changes may be communicated to active partners where appropriate.

Unless otherwise stated, changes apply to future qualifying sales and future commission calculations.

11. Termination

The company may suspend or terminate a creator's participation in Partner Rewards if the creator violates these Terms & Conditions, engages in fraudulent or abusive activity, or otherwise misuses the program.

Any unpaid commissions remain subject to verification and these Terms & Conditions.

Commissions associated with refunded, cancelled, disputed, charged-back, or otherwise invalid transactions will not be payable.

12. Acceptance

Participation in Partner Rewards indicates acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
