If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return items purchased at full price (within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or credit) less shipping fees, except in the case of a defective item or incorrect shipment). Exclusion applies for precious metals: the payment processing fee cannot be refunded. Please note all shipping charges are not refundable. For return labels $4.99 will be deducted from your total amount.

All return items must be unused, unworn and in the original condition. Items that are damaged or altered are not acceptable for return. Upon receipt of returned merchandise, Delicate Charms reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements. 

Items that are purchased on sale can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund of the sale amount at the time of purchase. (less shipping fees, except in the case of a defective item or incorrect shipment). Upon return your refunds will be processed immediately, expect it to show in your account within 3-5 business days. 


Exchanges fall under the same guidelines as returns. If you'd like to make an exchange at any time during your 30 Day Return Period, just send our team an email and we can set that up for you! Exchanges can NOT be made outside of the return period. A fee of $5.99 will apply on exchanges for shipping and handling on each order. 


We strive to get all our products out on time ASAP.  So you if have a cancellation request before shipment has gone out pleases do so at the earliest. If you haven't received a shipment confirmation email your order is still being processed and can be changed or cancelled. Upon shipment the order will be processed as a refund.
